Thanks for sharing! I'm hoping for an official "Nightdriving" EP at some point. I love this solo acoustic stuff (and piano like "Solitary") Keep it coming!
Absolutely love this song, this is prime JR that exists at the intersection of melody and lyrics and phrasing. Killer, killer songwriting stripped to essentials. Feels a little like something from Springsteen's "Ghost of Tom Joad" album. Thanks so much for sharing it.
I’ve always been fond of this song. It always leaves me feeling somewhat melancholy. What you’ve explained is behind the song seems to fit with the feeling. Thanks for everything and glad you found your place!

Holy shit I can't believe it! Every few months or so for the last 10 years I search for any sign of JR. I really can't explain why this music means so much to me. Music has always been an important part of my life and there's an endless amount of great music, but for some reason your music hits me in a way others don't. I always thought we might see JR reemerge as a solo singer songwriter (e.g. Gary Jules etc.). More than anything glad to hear you're doing well!
