We're pleased to announce the release of Beginners, a 6 song EP we recorded live in the studio in Fall 1995. The session includes 5 songs from American Standard and the first fully-recorded version of "Lucky" you heard may have heard on High Shelter a few weeks back. The music was found on a cassette in an old shoebox in the archive and hadn't been listened to in decades. This is obviously the first time it has been released!
Head over to our Bandcamp to stream and purchase and, if you buy today, Bandcamp waives their fees (helps us!).

I remember meeting 7M3 at Jillian’s in Louisville while drinking a beer waiting for the show. I had no idea I was talking with a band member when Giti was making small talk with me!! Ohhh the days before social media. I Love the music!!! I couldn’t tell what the band looked like….hahah simpler times!
Awesome stuff Mr. Ross, so glad you have the itch to do this again and share it with us, hope to see you in person again, you have always brought a gritty truth to your craft that is frankly in short supply these days!
Haven’t listened yet, but just wanted to say I’ve seen you guys in the Cindy area 5 times. Glad your back making music. I found American Standard on vinyl in a record store in the Cleveland area! Win!
Love that deep voice only you as your arrangements of your words as even the way you carry each verse is something that was unique in sound. Most importantly we can clearly hear you articulate each word that critics truly piss me off for they were deaf during this Era. I love and feel that I can hear inspirations through yalls music but totally in a unique way only 7M3 Can Do.
THIS BAND TAUGHT ME HOW TO BE BRAVE, AS A SONG WRITER & A ONCE UPON A TIME SINGER!
Instant purchase. Thanks for bringing 7M3 back into my life.
Cool stuff! You guys always sounded great live...this is no exception. I look forward to all the stuff you all have planned to release.
Love hearing from you so frequently! I'd love to hear the story of Kater, which might possibly remain my favorite 7M3 song after all these years.

7M3 has been a massive part of me…for 25+ years. THANK YOU for breathing new life…epic…
