I remember wandering around Orlando the day before the acoustic show for the fans, and as my wife and I are passing a guy walking with a girl, I give him a slight nod, and say, “see you tonite”, and I don’t break stride.
The guy looks puzzled for a quick second, then nods back, a slight smile of appreciation crossing his face.
The wife asks, “who was that? How do you know somebody in Orlando?”
I say, “it was Jason Ross”.
She said, “why didn’t you say something?”
“Meh, he knows I know who he is, and I just wanted to quickly show my appreciation, but also not take up any of his time”.
So hearing Ross talk here about some of the stuff that can come up with “band-ness”, I feel like I made the right choice that day.
Thank you. Although "thanks" can barely even touch how grateful we are all for Ross, Tommy, Casey, Giti & Mike. 7M3 has been the soundtrack to so many of our important life events these past 20+ years. I have never met a better group of people than the people that I met on the boards or at a show. And we owe all that to your band-ness.
Hahaha no worries! I recognize so many names here and I know there's so many more I've forgotten. It's alright. We're all family. And boy oh boy have I missed everyone. Didn't realize how much until seeing everyone posting here.
Hi Karen. Hope u are good. Nice to see the old board names. Mine wasn’t one of them, but I remember them and you as well. I just saw BHTM in NY in Oct and now 7M3 rumblings. Nice way to finish the year
Still have my coveted Tug promo CD (full album) before it was EoS, still waiting to hear a studio of Path Your On, I think I heard that first at a 98 House of Blues show in Chicago where Rob Thomas came on for the encore with you guys of You Wreck Me! This was quite a show.
mleh, we should just get steverino to make plans - orlando, pineapple hotel, desk chair races, orange whips, bus that stops at 7-11..... and the best music.... best memory ever when y'all played homestretch at the backbooth <3 *killmenow* what ya say, steve b?
I was at those last 2 shows as well and this is welcomed news and one of the best Xmas gifts you could give all of us!! This last year has been tough and this is awesome!! My wife "Goldfish" Jen is going to flip over this!! We'll trek wherever you are playing , just like those solos in 2005 in OH & MI!!
Oh my gosh, this is AMAZING!!! It has been a dumpster fire of a day and as I’m taking a work break I get to hear one of my FAVORITE voices that I grew up with from the 90’s through 2012. I can’t help but smile as big as I can knowing you guys are still out there and willing to share with us what you still love. Your music has always had such a huge part in my life and I am forever grateful to have been able share it with so many. I can’t wait to see what you continue to do in times to come. Thank you,
Just checking out this site for the first time. 7M3 and your writing have inspired me to be honest in my writing. To be real and not be afraid to let my heart shine through in my original songs. So, thanks for years of great music and thanks for your Christmas tune. I ordered Orange Ave. from a local record shop after just getting bored with most shit out there. I thought "hey" I remember 7M3 so got the CD and just ordered Economy of Sound. Everytime I listen to your stuff or watch a you tube video I just wanna play so bad. Sit back with a smoke and a whiskey and play the acoustic till my fingers get sore. Thanks for that man! it's been a while and Covid has sucked the music out of me. Watching LUCKY with you and Thomas on acoustic gave me the itch again. So here I go.
Isn't it a funny little part of life that two people could have two totally different views of life at the same instant? As JR was contemplating a break walking to the stage back in 2012, I was thinking I could do this the rest of my days. Great music, great friends- I thought it would last forever. I wanted it to last forever. I have, however, great memories of it all. All the friends, music, parties, etc. And those memories, friends, will last to the very end. Thank you for being a part of my life.

Howdy Karen!
Hey there Karen! Hope you are well.
I feel strangely at home here...
The one and only! Ditched FB back in '11. Not on social media.
I figured it's a decade later here and I could finally ditch the "Studly" part of Zeke and y'all would still know me.
I questioned my foggy memory and deleted my comment. I thought that was you. Hi Adam. I forgot about the "Studly" part.

Focusing on getting some music your way now!
Holy crap. If this isn’t the news I didn’t know I needed.
Amazing to hear after all these years.
Fair to say the music has been pretty much a soundtrack to my life.
Can’t wait to hear more of it.

I miss this band very much. It is great to hear new ideas. Keep it up guys.
Glad to hear that you are still creating music. The world needs more good music. Thank you for all the great memories too.
Hello my old friend. So good to hear your ‘voice’ echoing through these walls again.
You guys gave me the life I’m living, and I am grateful. I’ll be paying attention.
