This hits close to home. I lost my father in May of 2015 when I was in my mid 30's. Year 2....I don't wish that feeling on anyone. Another great share Jason...can't express enough how deep your music reaches into my soul and always me to remember, grieve, and rejoice all at the same time.
Thanks for sharing. To me we always seemed to be in similar stages of life. I guess us and a few million other people. Perhaps that's why this music always resonated with me. My father also passed a few yrs ago. I spent last week back east, along with my sisters, saving what we could from the old family house, before it gets cleaned out and put on the market. This song could not have come at a better time.

Never met my father but I lost my grandad which was my father on July 10 2010 and it's still hard on some days
