I wish I could have been there, sounds like it would have been the ultimate concert from you legends. Sadly being in Australia I never got a chance to see 7M3 live. Thanks to Youtube and your live acoustic DVD I get to enjoy your concerts on my big screen and imagine being there. A live electric concert on dvd or preferably blu-ray is on my wish list if you ever managed to put one together along your travels would be awesome. Don't ever think you're too old to get out there and make many people the world over happy again including yourselves. Your music lives deeply in the hearts of so many people and we are all grateful for that. Cheers and keep smiling mate :)
Cool Story...we all have those moments that stick with us for long enough that they become part of us...love your music...I hope you all make it back around to Northeast Ohio as I always wanted to see you play live :)
What a great night. The HOB show was amazing. The show was one of my favorite concerts that I have been fortunate enough to witness. I wish I remembered the night before.
Great memories of those two nights and awesome that you played the American Standard CD from top to bottom as your initial set list. I will always remember appreciating “My friend, Steve” playing for us as well, especially his cover of “Here Comes the Sun.” Thanks for the pre party meet up before the Friday show, and all the times you guys talked to us before or after shows. That made US feel like rockstars.
Oddly enough, I’m sitting in a booth in that same HOB reading this.. While your lyrical choices in the past may make you cringe when you look back on them, they still rang true to so many at the time, and still do to many…
"Day&Nightdriving—the beginning, if I’m honest, of really knowing what I was doing, and with a better balance of introspection and storytelling (I hope)."

American Standard will never bore me...or my adult children!
A wonderful, magical ride it has been. Happy 27 years to American Standard!

I appreciate Tommy taking the time to explain where Orange Whips came from after a show in Fort Myers, FL. Wonderful song.
Thanks for posting. I dig.

Indeed. One of my favorite songs ever.
